Effective start of next month we will be conducting a Workshop once a week every week Wednesday nite from 7 til 8pm if everyone expresses enough interest. Workshop will consist of a constantly rotated breakdown of a particular "Fundamental movement", an Olympic Lift, Self Massage techniques and everything else in between to better your individual results and performances. "CrossFit UltraFit 25 Workout" Team of four persons. One team member on each exercise, each team member must complete each of the exercises in this order. One person must be on the rower all times.
