Set up two cones 10m apart. On the minute every minute to a sprint. eg. 1min - 10m, 2min - 20m, 3min - 30m, etc etc. Continue for as long as possible.

- 3 X 10 Pistol Squats (Per Leg)

- 3 x 20 V Ups

Then
