AMRAP in 12mins - 3 Thrusters @ 75% of 1RM - 6 Snatch grip behind the neck press @ 75% of 1RM - 9 Box Jumps

"Bear Complex" - Do 5 x 5reps of the complex @ 40/30Kg coupled with lateral agility cone drill after each set. Rest 1 min between rounds. Rest 4mins then - 50 Burpee's for time.

Rest day @ CFBM - Practice a weak skill and/or go for a light run, 50 - 60%MHR.
