- 5 BS @ 60/40Kg

- 5 Right arm KB Cleans @ 24/16Kg

- 5 Push Jerks @ 60/40Kg

- 5 Left arm KB Cleans

AMRAP in 12mins

- 3 Thrusters @ 75% of 1RM

- 6 Snatch grip behind the neck press @ 75% of 1RM

"Bear Complex"

- Do 5 x 5reps of the complex @ 40/30Kg coupled with lateral agility cone drill after each set. Rest 1 min between rounds.

Rest 4mins then

- 50 Burpee's for time.

Rest day @ CFBM

- Practice a weak skill and/or go for a light run, 50 - 60%MHR.

5 Rounds. 2min recovery between each.

- 15 Push Jerks @ 40/30Kg

- Run 400m.

 

Time each round and try to stay within 10 seconds of the prior in the  following rounds.
